Assign the lead owner
Referral Owner Email
Lead Assignment Process
If the lead is new, it will be automatically assigned to the respective sales owner.
If the lead already exists, the system will check for the following key activities before assignment:
No past paid customer activity should exist.
No demo, quotation, or outbound call(Connected) activity should have occurred in the past 30 days.
Automatic Assignment Rules
If the system does not find any of the above-mentioned activities, the lead will be automatically assigned to the sales owner who submitted the referral.
